Royal Landscaping LLC Effective date: October 25, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Royal Landscaping LLC website, our lawn care and landscaping services, and our text messaging program. "Royal Landscaping," "we," "us" and "our" mean Royal Landscaping LLC, based in Macomb Township, Michigan. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping services in Oakland and Macomb counties, Michigan, including mowing, cleanups and leaf removal, aeration, mulching, trimming, landscaping and snow removal. The work, price and schedule for each job are described in your quote or service agreement.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free and based on the property as described or seen at the time. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. If the job turns out to be larger than quoted, we will tell you before doing the extra work.

3. Scheduling and weather

We schedule visits by day and do our best to keep them. Rain, snow, extreme heat, equipment trouble or other conditions outside our control may move a visit. We will reschedule as soon as conditions allow.

4. Property access

You agree to give us safe access to the work area on the scheduled day, including unlocked gates. Please keep pets inside and tell us about anything we should know, such as sprinkler heads, invisible fences, or items in the lawn. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not marked or disclosed.

5. Payment

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. We may pause service on accounts that are past due.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel recurring service at any time by letting us know by phone, text or email. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or skip a scheduled visit.

7. Satisfaction and liability

If you are not happy with our work, tell us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

9. Text messaging (SMS) terms

What you'll get: When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Royal Landscaping LLC may text you from (888) 213-5521 about your service: quotes and estimates, appointment reminders and schedule changes, weather delays, service updates, follow-ups, review requests, and occasional seasonal offers.

How you opt in: You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example when you request a quote on our website, book a service, or text us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 8 messages per month.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to stop: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our services or text program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
